All new eBikes purchased from Alaska eBike include complimentary light tune-ups for the first 6 months free of charge. We recommend bringing the bike in for a tune-up around the first 100 miles.

Having troubles with your electric bike other than a basic tune-up? Bring your bike to Alaska’s electric bike experts. They will work quickly to help troubleshoot and repair your electric bike. We will always give you an upfront estimate for the time and expense required to fix your eBike and will never charge you more than the estimate without prior approval.
We will run your battery through a diagnostic checkup to determine any problems, error codes, or other issues that may be present. Bosch powered eBikes include a diagnostic report that includes total charge cycles of the battery.
