All new eBikes purchased from Alaska eBike include complimentary light tune-ups for the first 6 months free of charge. We recommend bringing the bike in for a tune-up around the first 100 miles.

Complete cleaning and lubricating, and inspection of all the primary components on your bicycle while also running a system diagnostic check to ensure your bike operates at peak performance.
This is ideal once per year for weekend riders and twice per year for daily riders.
Having troubles with your electric bike other than a basic tune-up? Bring your bike to Alaska’s electric bike experts. They will work quickly to help troubleshoot and repair your electric bike. We will always give you an upfront estimate for the time and expense required to fix your eBike and will never charge you more than the estimate without prior approval.

Even if you didn’t purchase your eBike from Alaska eBike, we’re still here to help. Our experienced technicians can diagnose a wide range of issues—even if we can't source specific parts for your brand. We’ll identify the problem and guide you on what parts you may need to order from your manufacturer.
For Bosch-powered eBikes, we offer a full diagnostic checkup, including error codes, battery health, and total charge cycles. You'll receive a detailed report to help you understand exactly what’s going on with your eBike.
